Admission

Virtual Interviews

An interview is a casual conversation with an admission counselor, student intern, or alumni. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better — we want to know what classes you have enjoyed and what you are passionate about exploring in college. This is also your chance to talk one-on-one with a Reed representative, so feel free to ask us questions too!

An interview is an optional component of the Reed application process. Interviews are open to high school seniors, juniors in their second semester, and transfer students. Students must be attending school in the USA or studying abroad as a US citizen. Select international students will be invited to interview after submitting an application.

To register for a virtual interview, select your preferred date from the calendar. If you would like to interview in person, you can request an interview when you register for your on-campus visit.

Check out our Interview FAQ to learn more about interviewing at Reed.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email the Office of Admission or call us at 503/777- 7511. We look forward to connecting with you!

Please note that all times are listed in Pacific Time (PT).
