Tuition Credit for On-Campus Visit
Your future comes to life when you set foot on the campus that will become your college home.
Students who complete an Early Action, Regular Decision or Transfer application by January 15, visit campus between January 15 and April 15, and enroll at Reed College will receive a one time $1,000 credit towards their first-year Reed tuition.
We think experiencing life at Reed in person, in real life, firsthand, is just that important.
What event will qualify me for the tuition credit?
Attend any on-campus event scheduled through the Admission Office from January 15 through April 15 to qualify. We highly encourage attending one our Reed Admit Days (RADs). During this special visit, you will meet college leaders, gain in-depth knowledge about the first-year Reedie experience, explore campus with a current student, and meet some of your peers who will make up the class of ’29.

Contact your admission counselor for more details. We hope to see you soon and apply to Reed before January 15.
What if I am a Senior Scholar, what am I eligible for?
If you applied Early Action, and are admitted to Reed as a Senior Scholar you can choose either the travel voucher included in the program or the tuition credit once enrolled at Reed. Simply use your program voucher for travel as soon as possible, or wait until you are enrolled at Reed to receive the $1,000 credit. The Senior Scholars Program coordinators will guide you through your decision, please contact flyin@reed.edu with any questions you have.
