Reed Admit Days
We welcome our newly admitted students and their guests to join us for one of our Reed Admit Days (RADs). During this special visit, you will meet college leaders, gain in-depth knowledge about the first-year Reedie experience, explore campus with a current student, and meet some of your peers who will make up the class of ’30.
Your RAD will last approximately four hours, leaving plenty of time to explore Reed’s neighborhood and the greater Portland area. Parents and other guests are welcome and encouraged to join you!
Students can also choose to add a class visit or an overnight stay. Overnight visits have limited capacity and are available for most Sunday, Monday, and Thursday nights. They require arrival on campus by 4:30 p.m. Please note that overnight visits are not available on March 29. Check out our Overnight FAQ to learn more about staying overnight at Reed College.

Do these dates not work for you? No worries! You can visit Reed almost any weekday and most Saturdays this spring. Register for an on-campus visit here.
If there are no overnights available for your preferred date, please email campus.visit@reed.edu to be added to our waitlist. Students on the overnight waitlist will be notified 15 days before their visit if we have found space for them on their preferred date. Meanwhile, please make arrangements for off-campus accommodations.
